Two cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt (needs this much. Skipping is a bad idea. Trust me.)
1/4 cup oil (I like olive. Adds color and flavor to the crust.)
2/3 cup milk
Mix till everything’s wet, then kneed 10 times. Roll out on sheet,
Add your idea of toppings. For us, sauce, pepperoni, & 1/2 lb + of mozzi or sauce, Ham, Pineapple & Mozzi. Hamburger works well too as does the classic margherita style pizza.
425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes depending on your oven & tastes. Older I get the closer to 20 minutes I get. YMWV.
