Black culture also has a reverence for “home training,” as in “His momma didn’t give him any home training.” Know your audience, fucking McAfee. I was married to a black woman from Newark for 20 years and have three adult black kids. I get the notion that interracial marriage can open your eyes in some ways and give you a better grasp of how and when to use certain words or phrases. But respect is universal. And everyone should show their partner with R-E-S-P-E-C-T, especially in public.
