The Jamaican desk ladies at the building where I live are going to make me jerked chicken, because I fed them some of my lemon prosciutto risotto. I can’t wait. I’ve never had jerked chicken made by an actual Jamaican before.

It will be different from the commercial stuff you have had, I’m sure.
