This reminds me of my favorite question to pose to Intelligent Design types, especially if they are old men.

“Are you really going to tell me with a straight face that the prostate is intelligently designed?”

So which is worse—the urethra going through the middle of the prostate, or the esophagus going through the middle of the brain, like a cephalopod? Sounds like the Intelligent Designer™ had it in for everybody!
