This situation is not covered by Geneva. The method of collection isn’t secret. The incident isn’t secret. The major players involved are not secret. There will be an FOIA lawsuit and the defense of “because it might hurt someones feelings” isn’t going to fly anymore than it did during the abu ghraib fight.
