I bet those who feel its not torture would beg to differ should they ever be subjected to the same treatment by a rogue foreign government agency that kidnapped them in the middle of the night in front of their families.

I’ve had people tell me that waterboarding isn’t torture because someone they know went through it for military training. Great! Have them go through it in the exact same conditions as Gitmo or a CIA black site and get back to me.
