Senator Jeff Merkley was just on All in with Chris Hayes and stated the Democrats are preparing to do everything they can legally and within procedural rules to block the Republican’s healthcare legislation.

I guess that goes against that tweeting this morning saying the Dems were gonna let the legislation go through as long as they get some sanctions against Russia.
