As a religious person, having a name for G-d on our money is deeply offensive to me. It seems to directly violate the explicit commandment of Exodus 20:7, and it also smacks of idolatrous practices.

I’ll stick my neck out and say that I seriously question the religious faith of anybody who purports to be an adherent of any religion that includes the Hebrew Bible or portions of it in its liturgy, and who supports slapping G-d’s name on money (or license plate frames, or bumper stickers, etc.)
