Usually, my anger is directed at a thing. But I get your point.

However, CL did point out that, for anger to be useful, it must be controlled. To be honest, I have some trouble with that. It will be hard and take some time, but I will continue to try and gain complete control over my emotions.

You’ll never have “complete control” over emotions (or they wouldn’t be emotions)
What you can/ must control is your reaction to that emotion
