That’s the salient point, right there. Dark’s protestations to the contrary, it’s really not acceptable for a city PD to be driving around, shooting X-rays at the (presumably) guilty and innocent alike and refusing to let anyone know where it’s happening.

The military should just buy back all those toys they clearance saled to police departments. That’s a can of worms that never should have been opened.
