Senate website has the cloture vote but not the final vote posted. But since both votes have the same totals, I’m guessing these were the Democrats that voted in favor:

Benet (CO), Carper (DE), Coons (DE), Donnelly (IN), Hassan (NH), Heitkamp (ND), Jones (AL), Kaine (VA), King (ME), Manchin (WV), McCaskill (MO), Nelson (FL), Peters (MI), Shaheen (NH), Stabenow (MI), Tester (MT), and Warner (VA)

I know there are decent arguments for changes to Dodd-Frank, but from everything I’ve read, this goes way too far.
