MS did create the mess in the first place, so they do have a very intimate knowledge of what is needed to fix it.

That they have it for free surprises me no end.

I didn’t have any problems with it when I downloaded on my old puter. It came preloaded on my new laptop. Works quietly in the background. I like it.
