While the USA neglects its infrastructure, China is building a new one from the ground up: highways, high speed rail and urban rapid transit (metros). Which nation will be better prepared for the next 50 years?

China & India are the two biggest up and coming powers but don’t forget Vietnam - good education and a better government than either of them puts them in a position to be the next South Korea economic boom.
