Baseball cap flew right off my head (everything in the car got tossed around, had to dig around for garage door opener) but did not hit my head.

And yes, I DO have pretty strong abs, been seeing a trainer every week and…oh, that is not what you mean, is it?

The strong abs can prevent other injuries! That is what I meant! I started PT this week! Yay for you for having a trainer!
