Well I read that article and candidly it seems to me that Ms. Victoria Samson was really reading a BDS induced polemic against Bush and Rumsfeld. Also note that it was written two years ago and reported Aegis was accurate in 8 out of 10 tries.
So I’m still not sure.
Fortunately it doesn’t matter because Obama as POTUS will never allow us to try to knock it down.
Sigh.
