I don’t hate Sarah, I fear the people stupid enough to actually elect her to national office.

Under our system, there is limited damage any one person can do. Thank goodness.

FBV if you go back just prior to the election - there were people who feared Obama in this same way. Those folks are now gone, have their own blog. But they had an absolute fear that Obama would turn this country into a “socialist paradise” or some such.

And of course - as we’ve seen with health care - under our system of government, there are limitations on the person who occupies the office of the President.

I wouldn’t want to see Palin elected to a high office, because I’ve come to believe she is indeed a complete dolt. But if she were - well, there simply would be limited “damage” she could do.
