Personally, I’d tell defense council “tough shit,” that the court does not have the authority to impose such a dress code upon any women who attend the proceedings, and that she’s free to appeal the decision once the trial has ended. If her client is unable to operate under such conditions, perhaps he should have considered that when deciding on his line of “work.”

I should also add that, if her client finds it so impossible to provide his defense under such conditions, a plea of “guilty on all charges” is always an option.
