Leaving aside GOP obstructionism, I’m having real trouble seeing where there would be agreement. I don’t is going to make more than a de minimis (if that) effort to attract Dem support. Shit, a lot of what they will do will be intentionally designed to piss off the Dems. (Cleek’s law).

Remember, some of Trump’s proposals are totally at odds with Republican - even Tea Party dogma. And some of them are that dogma on steroids. He lacks any ideology. And he has no love for Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell. I could easily see him going around them to work with the Dems on a big Infrastructure program.

The one thing that’s for sure is that Deficits Don’t Matter anymore, because they’re not trying to control a Democratic President.
