Bullshit. Sen. McConnell understands exactly how the tax law works: he’s merely trying - desperately - to spin this awful bill as something other than the giveaway-to-the-wealthy/take-it-out-on-the-middle-class legislative abortion that it is. And that he jammed through the Senate in defiance of virtually every custom of that Chamber’s standards of debate and review.
