Also, even on its own merits, the abortion argument is insane. Are they seriously suggesting that there are enough of these proposed pregnant-child marriages taking place in the US annually to be even vaguely relevent, statistically? And are they really under the impression that there are a lot of families out there where the choice is ‘you get hitched at thirteen, or you abort’?
