Unbelievable. The guy was accused of raping a 13 year old. Child rape. Statutory rape. And he fled the country rather than face justice in California. Finally, there was a chance that justice could be served in the US - both for the rape charges and for his fleeing of the country to avoid justice. Now, the Swiss have decided otherwise.
