Haven’t been online much the last few days. Looks like Biden is going to declare. He’s got my support if he does.

I have mixed feelings. Have liked Biden for a long time; campaigned for him and other Dems in Delaware when I was a student there.

I wonder whether he’s really up for it and can run a strong campaign given the lateness of the hour.

And of course he’s not exactly a fresh face (although nor is Hillary).

But this latter quality can be turned to his advantage; i.e. used to contrast himself and the relative steadiness of the past 7 years with the Trump-Cruz-Rand-Carson wackiness.
