If we’re losing the working class like Sanders repeatedly claims, then we should be struggling with working class voters of color. We’re not. And i’d honestly love to see how that group voted in the primary- I know that minority groups in general preferred Clinton but have not seen breakdown among economic status. What the new left doesn’t get is that the same thing the old left did not. And that’s there’s more to struggle than mere economics. LBJ thankfully got that as has every Democratic president since him and I really think would have gone down as a truly great American president had Vietnam been his downfall.
