I think the most practical path forward is massive expansion of representation. 21 SCOTUS justices representing 21 circuits. A House of 1200 or so. The Senate, as ever, is more intractable. Could you make a case for 4 or 5 Senators per state? Maybe, though you’d need an amendment to the Constitution that’s probably impossible.
An admirable breadth of vision, and some good stuff in there. But what if it’s a an R Prez who gets to add 12 Justices? What if the majority of States have R Legislatures to gerrymander all those 800 new Congressional Districts? And more Senators per State will be a continuation of the status quo ante, which kinda sucks.
