Yeah I am not following this at all. So Williamson doesn’t like the behavior of the characters on Ms. Dunham’s fictional show. Okay, so that’s excuse to berate her for something that happened when she was seven? Really, what the hell? And I don’t see what’s culturally destructive about that either. Not every show can be up to Mr. Williamson’s standards I guess. Should we frown on shows that feature criminal protagonists? As I got at above, Lena Dunham’s show really wasn’t a thought on their mind until she spoke out on issues that they had a problem with. Using the show as an excuse to attack her is a really lame excuse.
