My theory on Trump and the wall bullshit: He has no way out. He’s going to declare an emergency knowing there will be an immediate injunction filed and then it will make its way through the legal pipeline for the next year. It’ll go to SCOTUS and they will shoot him down. He can then go back to his braindead red hats and say “I tried.”

Or am I giving Stable Genius too much credit for thinking further than fifteen minutes from now?

If he declares an emergency, it’s national strike and hit the streets. Get to DC and fill them until he is out.
