what do you call the cash for clunkers deal, or the car bailouts?…they redistributed wealth via tax dollars…dispute that

Aside from you and tradewind, name someone who still gets upset over that deal (which, by the way, did manage to help save some US Auto companies and the jobs they provide)?
(oh, and GM paid the money back…I’ll even quote Fox on this as they’re fair and balanced)
