That’s how it is on nearly every police stop in the US right now. Only a few jurisdictions have rolled out cameras on officers, and at least one study has shown a significant reduction in excessive force complaints and use since then.
It’s why having cameras on every cop car and every officer should be a major campaign issue - make the money available for this, and you’ll save more in the long run by reducing lawsuits, improve law enforcement, and make for safer communities.
As to what the FPD and other police operating in Ferguson, they’re just engaging in bullying - for the sake of bullying.
