I think we could make a big change just by outlawing detachable magazines. Imagine if you had to reload with stripper clips, with no more than 10 rounds.

Of course, the problem is that there are SO MANY weapons out there with detachable magazines and SO MANY high capacity magazines. There’s a genie we should have kept in the bottle.
