The paper they’re crowing about is by Roy Spencer — the creationist. Unless his results are confirmed by reputable scientists, I have no problem completely dismissing it out of hand.

Chock full of fail. This is exactly why our government is failling apart. The people most likely to vote are also batshit crazy and stupid to boot.
