And I don’t know how Hillary could have communicated it any better than she did: those old jobs are gone, they aren’t coming back, so here’s my plan for new job training for jobs that are better paying and safer.

You’re right and know far better than I living in KY. I think a lot of them simply didn’t want to hear what she was saying and bought the bullshit propaganda hook line and sinker.
