I know a.) a family with quads. Just the quads, nothing else. b.)a family with 13 children—born over 20-odd years, so that at no time did they all live at home.

Based on what I have seen, money aside, I have no clue how they are going to provide the physical care these children need. Both families I listed above have invested jaw-dropping amounts of time over the years providing the necessary level of feeding, bathing, holding while crying, keeping them from killing themselves as toddlers, etc. Unless the family home includes a lot of adults—three or four minimum—with time to spare, these children will not receive the minimum amount of care a human infant requires.

Yes, both families I mentioned are doing, and have done, an excellent job of caring for their children.
