I think that’s wonderful advice. Also, I like to make sure I choose at least one treat a day. That could be buying a cup of coffee from my favorite coffee place, or a donut from my bakery, or reading a particular book or watching Turner Classic Movies all afternoon or reading my favorite blog. Just simple things that don’t cost any (or much) money. It’s very important to me that I take charge of taking care of me on some level at least once a day.
