OK, for some reason you have multiple copies of your installed printer. You should be able to right click on each of the copies of your printer, and select remove/delete. Right clicking on the HP Deskjet F4100 icon, and choosing “set as default printer, should make it work for you. It reading offline makes me wonder though, but lets take it one step at a time.
