I didn’t mean the outcry part of that, just that I remember Bush doing the recess appointments. I can’t specifically recall and real outrage over it from the Democrats (I’m sure there were plenty of moonbats that were up in arms over it, but that’s a given), but my memory has never been good about the minor details of an event.
