Followed by said system being gamed in order to annoy competition or get revenge against criticism. Don’t like something or someone, just make an infringement claim without caring if it’s true or not. Or, for some place that takes comments just register a throwaway account, plant an infringing comment, and then make an infringement claim.

I think this is the part that burns me the most, is that an allegation of infringement is enough to produce enforcement. If you can’t prove to me that I’m infringing, then I shouldn’t have to do diddly squat.
