Such a shame that there’s so many rapes on campuses that haven’t been dealt with satisfactorily, creating the need for a terrible inconvenience and offense to young men such as yourself.

Maybe your annoyance should be directed at the rapists or the administrators who didn’t punish them.

Last I checked, college administrators weren’t appointed by a vote of the students.
