Well, the first Marine has his rank pin in the middle of his chest. Unless that was meant as some kind of statement, he is out of uniform.

The chief (the third one) has a Navy/Marine Corps Achievement Medal (the highest medal I earned) with two gold stars (ten additional issues - that seems very unlikely)
