Good news: presumably the Federal courts passed on for the same reason SCOTUS did? That it’s a State matter, and outside the G’s purview?

I say “ good news” for PA’s circumstances, but if this is a precedent, what’s to stop a more wingnutty State Supreme Court from ruling the other way, i.e. allowing the worst gerrymander the local GOP can dream up?
