Having a change in one’s politics isn’t unusual. Charles Johnson of this blog and John Cole of Balloon Juice both made changes from rightwing to leftwing.

Bruce Bartlett was part of Reagan’s budget office. He left the R’s when GWB turned out to be a purveyor of big deficits.
