One thought which has struck me every once in a while is that I would really like to read a collection of essays on modern conservatism in the 21st century written by certain lizards here. Perhaps a project for someone.

It would degenerate into a full-on war inside of about three minutes. Any movement as wild and unruly as the collection of beliefs, attitudes, and ideologies grouped under the heading of Conservatism would collapse into nothingness under the weight of its own internal disagreements and contradictions. And I’m a conservative writing this.
