Not presuming to know your point, but I gotta say I’m sensing a lot of racism in the reaction to Kaepernick’s protest. A lot of “We paid you $119 Million, what do you have to complain about?”

Comes across as “Dance, monkey, dance!”

If Kaepernick was a White Christian male protesting the same way in opposition to Obama “big government overreach” (or some other fantastical faux outrage), the right-wing would be making him out to be a hero.
