Thanks. I’ve been skimming some of the links, and I haven’t seen anything yet like what Lars Larson is describing.

FWIW, Larson definitely isn’t talking about manufactured homes or trailers…he just told a woman who just got done building a home that her home might not meet the new energy standards, and the government can require her to spend money to meet those standards if she wants to sell.

He didn’t say anything about what you mentioned, but maybe he hasn’t put that together yet.

The manufactured home stipulation is for a replacement.
