I like putting “other” whenever that question is asked. Usually they don’t ask for specification after.

“None” would be the most correct answer. Race doesn’t have any biological meaning. Humans exist within a broad, multi-dimensional spectrum of variation; separation into races is an artifact of undersampling. It doesn’t indicate any useful, real differences between groups.
