You asked why the sign was racist and we have given you a very reasonable and cogent explanation of the etymology of that phrasing. You agreed that the sign was prejudiced and xenophobic. I believe, with sound reasoning, that the xenophobia seems to focussed on ethnicity more than nationality (Africa isn’t a country).
