Freetoken’s tax plan:

1) All income treated equally.
2) In calculating Net income for individuals one can count as expenses such things as health care/insurance costs.
3) Phase out mortgage deductions.
4) Tax rates are progressive but a continuous scale (not a handful of discrete steps as currently) from 0% to N% where “N” is calculated biennially to balance (planned, programmed, committed) spending.
5) Amend Constitution to allow for biennial budgeting and expenditures for all of government (not just military) optionally as needed.
6) Require all corporations who do business in the US to pay taxes on net income made in the US, even if owned by entities outside the US.

What would you do for people who count on the mortgage deduction to make their mortgages affordable?
