Haven’t heard of the Wombats but I’ll give them a listen. Always excited to see a first show with someone. My cousin’s son is about to release his first album with his group. Excited about that. I still have one of their original shirts from before they changed their name.

Excellent band. Think Muse without the prog aspirations and a love for New Wave and you’re just about there. And they’ve got that odd Liverpool sense of humor, as evidenced by the ‘Greek Tragedy’ video I just posted.
