I won’t speak to the idiot with Chris “Tingle up my Leg” Matthews. I’m only talking about the Black Panthers (who may yet get theirs, when it’s found the investigations were improperly suspended).

In their case, there is a law that covers their behavior. In gneral, I think it’s a bad idea to try to intimidate your domestic political opponents; it just leads to escalation.
