What on earth is that graphic supposed to mean?
Kentucky doesn’t have any outrageous voter ID laws (heck, all I’m required to do at my polling place is to say my name out loud, I don’t even have to show any ID at all).
The only “restriction” on voting in Kentucky has to do with ex-felons, and Kentucky is actively working on fixing that.
