You seem to enjoy putting words in other people’s mouths. I never said any such thing. What I said was that there was never a scientific consensus on an impending ice age, as you stated.

You can judge for yourself whether there is consensus by picking up any of a number of peer-reviewed journals and reading over pertinent articles over any period of time you care to consider. Science, Nature, Climatology Research, and Weather would probably provide a good starting point, but there are many others to choose from, and any good library will have years worth of back issues available for your perusal.
